Glenferrie Hotel - Venue Information
The Glenferrie Hotel is located in the heart of Hawthorn on Burwood Rd, on the city side of Glenferrie Road. It's a 2 minute walk from Glenferrie train station and conveniently located just 6km's from the CBD. In 2009, the hotel was closed for 7 months for the largest refurbishment in it's history. The refurbishment has seen the hotel transformed into a magnificent re-production of the Victorian era.
Run by managing partner Mark Henderson since 1998, Mark will ensure that he and his staff will deliver you a great hospitality experience.

The Glenferrie Hotel is renowned for providing the best food of any hotel in Hawthorn. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days per week and seating over 400 people, we specialize in accommodating large groups.
Head chef, Andrew McIntosh has been at the helm since 2001 and his commitment to service and quality is what makes dining at the Glenferrie such a pleasure.
As well as your typical pub favourites and extensive specials board, our ornate Victorian bar features 12 beers and cider on tap as well as a guest beer tap rotating on a regular basis. Our extensive wine list has an impressive selection of Australian and NZ wines, many by the glass.

Functions
The Glenferrie Hotel features a private function room capable of comfortably seating up to 60 people.
The room is ideal for standing cocktail functions for up to 70.
For larger groups, you may utilise our courtyard with re-tractable roof to create an area for up to 180 guests.
The room is self contained with it's own private bar and toilet facilities. We can supply your function with professional DJs or we are iPod ready if you wish to provide the music. There is also a projector available to play slide shows or corporate presentations.
Our extensive finger food and sit down menus provide plenty of flexibility. Feel free to speak with our managers and head chef to tailor a menu to your needs.
Your guests are offered a special rate on our boutique accommodation should they prefer to spend the night rather than worry about transport home.

- Dancing under the stars with tunes from DJ Ash. Easily the biggest night in Hawthorn so be early as numbers are capped. The bistro is open until 9.00pm for meals and our famous world parma and pot at $14 is a great deal,so why not come in earlier and have a bite to eat and be guaranteed entry.
Thursday Night
- Everybody's favourite poker game "Pub Poker" at The Glenferrie. Registration is from 6.30pm and the fun begins at 7.30pm. Interest has been high, so get here early.
